Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2023

The definition of workspaces has long gone far beyond the "workspaces" framework. Hubs that promote corporate culture, ecosystems that attract and develop talent, infrastructure for physical and technological provision of business or locations that we use for meetings, company initiatives and socialization... it is difficult to give an objective and comprehensive definition of the modern office in one sentence. In the era of hybrid concepts and in the context of the march towards sustainability, investment in modern offices and workspaces continues to be a dynamically developing matter and the industry is in a constant mode of transformation identifying current trends, behaviours, needs and preferences of users.

Latest analyses demonstrate a recovery of office space transactions pace, and looking beyond the statistics deeper into the processes we can see a change of models - a transformation of the office from a facility and infrastructure into a service with successful projects finding the balance between flexibility, sustainability, quality of the environment and technologies. More and more the creation of large-scale and innovative buildings is focused on achieving better sustainability through an integration of innovative solutions and new generation technologies as well as on the role of the building projects in achieving global goals.

What are the new work models and how do they shape the current look of office spaces? What are users looking for and how is the role of the workspace changing in the context of corporate strategy? How does the move towards a greener and more sustainable environment increase the quality of office assets and what are the successful models for transformation? Why has flexibility and shared workspaces become a must-have element of a successful office project and what does this mean for the market? What are the trends in office architecture and workspace design and why are they key to asset efficiency and sustainability? What are the technologies and innovations that add value and make workspaces sustainable and "green"? Representatives of the leading IT/BPO companies, office developers, investors, consultants, architects, workspace designers and other experts will provide answers to these questions during the Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2023, organized by The City Media Group.
